In one line

We are an advertising page that introduces venues. We are not a party to bookings, payments or the service itself — that is between you and the venue.

1. What this service does

We present information about venues that pay to advertise with us, in five languages, and help you find places that are open and plan a route between them. We do not serve food or provide any of the services ourselves, and we do not take bookings or process payments.

2. Accuracy

Opening hours, prices and menus come from the venues and can change without notice. Travel times and fares are estimates calculated from straight-line distance with a road correction; the real fare varies with time of day, traffic and driver. Please confirm with the venue before you go.

3. What we ask of you

· Do not scrape the site by automated means or interfere with the service. · Do not reuse the text or photographs on this site without permission. · When you contact a venue, do not book under false information or impersonate someone else.

4. Issues with a venue

Service quality, unhonoured bookings and billing disputes at a venue are between you and that venue. Tell us anyway — we will check with the venue, and we stop listing venues where problems are repeated or serious.

5. Discount promotions

The terms of any discount are set and paid for by each venue. We only pass the offer on. If a venue does not honour its offer, tell us and we will look into it.

6. Age 18 and over

Information about venues serving alcohol and about late-night venues is intended for people aged 18 or over.

7. Limits of our responsibility

We compile information carefully but do not warrant that it is complete or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from use of the information on this site. This limit does not apply to our own wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Changes to these terms

When these terms change we publish the change and its date on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

9. How we pass enquiries on

We pass your enquiry to the venue as you wrote it, and we pass the venue's answer back to you as they gave it. We do not confirm bookings, we do not hold tables, and we do not warrant what a venue tells us. The booking and the transaction are between you and the venue. If what a venue told us turns out to be untrue, tell us — we will check it and correct or stop the listing.

10. About the operator

We are an advertising agency registered in Georgia. We produce and publish multilingual advertising for venues located outside Georgia. We do not carry on commercial activity inside Georgia.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, where the operator is registered.
