Enquiries go through the help centre. We usually answer within 30 minutes. We do not publish venue contact details — we ask on your behalf.

· Whether there is a table at that time on that day · Whether a place is actually open today · Where it is and how to get there · Whether Korean is spoken · Whether a coupon can be used · Report anything on the site that is wrong

Venues who want to advertise

Apply through the “list your venue” screen. We take the city, category, opening hours and price range, check them, and then list you.

Reporting a correction

If the opening hours, price or location on screen differ from reality, tell us through “report a correction”. We check it, fix it, and put the date of the fix on screen.

How long we take

Usually within 30 minutes. When it is the middle of the night where the venue is, asking takes longer and we answer in the morning.

If it is urgent

In an accident or an emergency, do not wait for us — call the local emergency number. They are listed on each country page.

Business details

A sole proprietor registered in Georgia (Tbilisi). The trading name, registration number, registered address and contact email will appear here and in the footer as soon as registration is complete. Until then these fields are left empty — we do not publish details that are not yet final.
