In one line

If something about a venue is wrong, or you do not want your venue listed, tell us. We will check it and correct or remove it.

1. Who can ask

Anyone. For requests that need the venue's authority — removing a listing, changing business details — we act once we have confirmed you represent that venue.

2. What can be corrected

· Opening hours, closing days, last kitchen order · Address, phone number, messenger accounts · Price range, menu, services offered · Category and district · Photographs and description · Anything else that is factually wrong

3. How to ask

Send us the following using the contact details below: · The venue's name · Which detail is wrong · What it should say · How to reach you If you represent the venue we may ask for a business card, registration document, or a call back on the venue's listed number.

4. How long it takes

We tell you the outcome within three business days. Where facts need checking it can take longer, and we will keep you posted.

5. Asking to be removed

If a venue asks to be delisted, we stop the listing once we have confirmed the advertising relationship. What happens to a contract still running is governed by that advertising agreement.
