This site does not publish venue contact details. If you want to ask something, ask us — we put the question to the venue and pass their answer back to you as they gave it.

What we will ask for you

· Whether there is a table at that time on that day · Whether a place is actually open today · Where it is and how to get there · Whether Korean is spoken · Whether a coupon can be used · Report anything on the site that is wrong

What we do not do

We do not confirm bookings and we do not hold tables. We pass on the venue's answer, nothing more. The booking and the transaction are between you and the venue.

· The venue name, as shown on the site · The city · The date and time you want · How many people · Whether you need Korean specifically

What we pass to the venue

Only what a booking needs — how to address you, the date and time, how many people, and whether Korean is required. We do not pass your contact details (messenger account, phone number, email). The venue cannot contact you directly. We pass them on only if you ask us to.

How long we take

Usually within 30 minutes. When it is the middle of the night where the venue is, asking takes longer and we answer in the morning.

Why we do not publish venue contact details

So that we can answer from information we have checked. If the hours or prices differ from the site we can correct them straight away, and your contact details never reach the venue.

It costs you nothing

We charge travellers nothing for passing an enquiry on. Our income is the advertising fee venues pay us.
